The Intensives

Who's it for?

The Intensives are designed to help you either revamp or build your bookkeeping systems from the ground up.

This is designed for small service based business owners who are not quite ready to hire a bookkeeper but they definitely want to make sure that they are doing their books correctly.

I’m going to sit down with you and make sure that your current software is working well for you, that you are handling your books appropriately and that you are not leaving money on the table in terms of lost deductions.

What is the process like?

The Intensives happen over the course of a week.

The first day begins with an audit. I’ll have you fill out a detailed questionnaire and provide 3 bank statements. I’ll comb through the info you’ve given me and create a game plan.

I’ll also take a look within your current bookkeeping system to see where any loopholes are and how we might go about closing those up.

Next we will meet for roughly 90 min and i’ll share with you my findings and suggestions and then we will create an action plan to get your system where you’d like it to be in a way that makes sense for you, the way you work, and how your business is structured.

I continue to work through the next few days or so on revamping or building your system within your accounting program and creating recurring task lists to remind you when it’s time to do different aspects of your bookkeeping.

And finally you will receive a personalized video where I review the changes that have been made, go through your customized checklist, and run through some suggestions with regards to your budget and how you can save money. You will have time to ask questions about the video and contents via email.

  • Analysis report of your current bookkeeping system with recommendations
  • Creation of up to 15 bank rules
  • Checklists embedded within the project/task management system of your choice
    • Choices include:
    • Trello

    • Asana
  • Recorded training call
  • 3 mo subscription to the Elevate Bookkeeping Check-in Program

How much will it cost?

The total cost of the VIP Day is $1499.

I’m also offering the option to split the payment into 2 equal payments of $750.
